Who is responsible

Elite Digital Agency is a trading name of Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, company number 17250017, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of personal information collected through this website. When you make an enquiry

We collect your name, email address and message, together with any organisation, website, service interest or budget you choose to provide. We also record the form used, the time received and an enquiry reference. Please do not submit patient information, medical records, passwords or other sensitive information.

We use this information to assess and respond to your request, prepare a proposal where relevant and manage the enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, the contractual steps basis may apply. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Enquiries are saved in a Cloudflare D1 database and a notification is sent to our enquiry mailbox using Cloudflare Email Service. We restrict access to people who need to handle your request. The website does not offer a public interface to read enquiries.

Security and retention

To reduce automated abuse, we derive a daily, salted identifier from the network IP address and retain it for up to 24 hours, followed by scheduled cleanup. The enquiry database does not store the raw IP address. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses and request information separately to deliver and secure the website.

Enquiry records in the website database are deleted after 24 months by a scheduled cleanup. Email correspondence is reviewed for deletion after 24 months unless it relates to ongoing work, a dispute or a legal record we need to retain. Client and accounting records may follow different retention periods, which we explain when relevant.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not install advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Fonts are hosted on this website. Essential browser storage remembers dismissed location prompts and selected regions for the current tab, records daily free-tool usage counts, and saves the AI visibility checklist on your device. You can clear that information using your browser settings.

The location prompt uses an approximate region supplied by our hosting provider from the request network. It does not request precise GPS coordinates. Cloudflare may use essential security mechanisms when protecting the site.

Free website checking tools

When you submit a public URL to a checking tool, our server fetches that page and its robots.txt file. The destination website receives that request. Results are returned to your browser; we do not maintain a saved audit history. A temporary network identifier helps enforce server usage limits. Only enter public URLs, without private access tokens or sensitive query parameters.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides hosting, website functions, enquiry storage and email delivery. Our email provider processes correspondence in the enquiry mailbox. We use these services to operate the website and respond to you; we do not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on applicable adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards for international transfers. You can ask us for details of the arrangements relevant to your information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where it applies. Contact us using the email above. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would also welcome the opportunity to address your concern directly.

We update this notice when our processing changes and show the review date above. A privacy notice explains our practices; continuing to browse is not treated as consent to unrelated uses of your information.
