Frequently Asked Questions
What does the free GEO audit check?
It fetches one public page and checks observable HTML, metadata and robots.txt rules. The score is an equal-weight summary of those checks. It cannot predict AI citations, measure expertise, verify backlinks or establish whether a page is indexed.
Does a high score mean I will rank or be cited?
No. Passing technical and structural checks does not show that your information is accurate, distinctive or useful to a particular query. Search rankings and generated answers depend on factors this tool does not measure.
Why is there a daily limit?
The browser limits free checks to two per day. A separate network limit protects the public fetching service from abuse. These controls do not use advertising cookies.
Do you store my URL or results?
The tool does not create a stored audit report. The URL is sent to our fetching service, and the report is calculated in your browser. Browser and network rate-limit counters and hosting request logs may be processed to operate the service.
What should I do with the findings?
Check whether each finding is relevant to that page. Preserve intentional restrictions. Start with accidental indexing blocks, broken journeys and inaccurate service information, then review original evidence and content against real customer questions.
