How should I choose a plan?
Compare the included work, monthly price and initial term with your goals. If you are unsure which scope fits, contact us before starting a subscription. Your agreement confirms responsibilities and deliverables.
Do UK visitors pay in pounds and US visitors in dollars?
Yes. We detect your region automatically. UK and GB visitors checkout in GBP (£). US visitors checkout in USD ($). Prices are calibrated separately for each market — not a straight currency conversion.
What is the minimum commitment?
Subscriptions bill monthly via Stripe. Our standard initial term is 6 months for SEO and growth plans — you'll confirm terms before checkout. Website Care plans can start month-to-month.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrade or downgrade through your Stripe customer portal (link sent after signup) or contact hello@elitedigitalagency.io. Cancellation is subject to the initial term and the agreement confirmed before checkout.
Do charities get an additional discount?
Registered UK charities receive an extra 20% off retainer subscriptions. Email hello@elitedigitalagency.io with your Charity Commission number before subscribing.
