The Charity Commission typically takes 40–60 working days to process applications. Our job is to ensure your application is complete and accurate to avoid delays or further queries.
What if my application is refused?
Our Fully Managed package includes handling of Commission queries and, if needed, a revised resubmission at no additional cost.
Do you only operate in England and Wales?
Our registration service covers England and Wales (Charity Commission). We can advise on Scottish registration (OSCR) but this is managed separately.
